Shipping policy

  • Where we ship: the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US yet.
  • When it ships: orders leave our partner's facility in Denver, CO within 2-5 business days.
  • How long it takes: USPS Ground Advantage, usually 2-4 business days after it ships. Most orders arrive within 9 days of ordering.
  • What it costs: $4.95 for one or two bottles; free on 3 and 6 bottles.
  • Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from your account or from our Track your order page.
  • Holiday dates: order by Mon, Nov 16 for Thanksgiving delivery, by Mon, Dec 14 for Christmas delivery.
  • Wrong address: check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we fix it before it ships.
  • Damaged or lost parcel: see our Refund policy; we replace it at no cost.
