1. Who we are

This website, trylevena.com (the "Site"), and the Levena products sold on it are operated by Spirad LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 2106 House Ave, Suite 577, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States ("Levena", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

3. Our products are dietary supplements

Levena products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on the Site, in our emails, guides, quiz, gifts or customer support, including anything said by or attributed to a dietitian, is medical advice or a substitute for the advice of your doctor. The quiz and self-checks on the Site are general information, not a diagnosis.

Do not use Levena if you have known gallstones or a blocked bile duct unless your doctor agrees, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are under 18, or if you are allergic to artichoke, daisies, ragweed or bovine ingredients. If you take any medication (including bile-acid binders) or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use. Stop use and see a doctor if you have unexplained weight loss, blood in your stool, fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or pain that lasts for hours. Use only as directed on the label. Keep out of reach of children.

Individual experiences vary. Customer stories and reviews describe the experience of the person who wrote them and are not a promise that you will get the same result.

4. Orders, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • Every order on the Site is a one-time purchase. You are never enrolled in a subscription or recurring charge unless you explicitly choose one at checkout, if we offer it.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent order, or an order beyond reasonable personal quantities); if we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
  • Discount codes and gifts are limited to the terms stated with them, may not be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. Digital gifts are for your personal use only.
  • We make every effort to show products, labels and prices accurately, but errors can happen. We may correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping, refunds and the Clean-Plate Guarantee

Shipping times, costs and rules are set out in our Shipping Policy. Our 90-day Clean-Plate Guarantee and our rules for damaged, wrong or lost items are set out in our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier, but we will still replace or refund a lost or damaged parcel as our Refund Policy describes.

6. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us at once at hello@trylevena.com if you think your account has been used without your permission.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own, truthful and lawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish it in connection with Levena, with your first name and initial or as you choose. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not delete reviews for being negative. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic or contains personal health information about someone else.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to scrape, copy or resell our content or products for commercial purposes without our written permission; or to impersonate anyone.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including the Levena name and logo, text, images, guides and design, belong to Spirad LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Third-party services and links

The Site runs on Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Links to other websites are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and in our Refund Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirad LLC and its members, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spirad LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at hello@trylevena.com so we can try to resolve it informally; most issues are settled by our Refund Policy. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring it where you live. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
